Is the parking space guaranteed for me?

When you have booked and paid a parking space, your parking is guaranteed and reserved for that day.

Can I pay at the parking lot?

You can also pay at the car park. But if you want to be sure of a parking space, then you can arrange it through this website. In addition, when you book in advance, we offer you a discount.

Can I make a reservation for more than one day or for a whole weekend?

Yes you can, with the 'From - To'-booking: book at once for several days.

Can I park somewhere else with my booking?

No, you can only park at the location for which you made a reservation.

What navigation address should I use for my device?

The navigation address of the parking location is provided on the confirmation you receive after booking.

Can I leave my car all day in the parking lot?

You can park on the day for which you have booked. Please mind the opening and closing times.

Can I book a parking place for disabled?

No, unfortunately, currently this is not possible.

Can I cancel my booking?

No, it is not possible to cancel.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, that's possible. For this, go to "My Account". You can’t  make any changes on the day of the parking.

How does the taxi work?

You pay a booking fee of € 1, - and receive a discount on the fare of 10% in the vehicle. Please show the driver the confirmation you received from us, printed or on your phone.

Who organizes UIT-JE AUTO?

UIT-JE AUTO is a service provided by Montefeltro and partners.
